Once again, the school came together to do some good for the community and Kennedy. With about 100 participants, we fanned out to various spots around the neighborhood: Endor garden and Pigeon Park (Fort Independence Park) to name two spots. We picked up garbage and planted shrubs and flowers. We also planted dozens of marigolds and impatiens in the Enchanted Garden. As always, we finished our hard work with a feast: we enjoyed hamburgers, hot dogs, and the usual junk food. The highlight of the day was a twinkie eating contest!
