Camping at North Lake Campground, June, 2003
Once again, the Environmental Club headed up to North Lake in the Catskill Mountians. And once again, we escaped rain, and had some truly awesome weather. We went on two hikes this year, visiting Kaaterskill Falls, Sunset Rock, and Inspiration Point. The only unfortunate episode ocurred when Celia slipped off the Escarpment (see picture). Thankfully, she landed on her two feet, and was able to rejoin us for the rest of the hike.
