May, 2000
This year, the club traveled up to Columbia County in upstate New York to enjoy the beauty of Taconic State Park. We enjoyed the crushing Bash Bish Falls, and went on a few other local hikes. Unfortunately, the weather was brutal for almost the whole weekend. Temperatures were below 40 degrees, and it was either raining, misting, drizzling, or almost snowing the whole time. The students made the best of a potentially wretched situation, and still went for walks, played football or basketball, and hung out to talk in the picnic pavilion.
