Our Ninth Year

Being Secretary of the Environmental Club was a wonderful experience for me. I simply cannot put into words how grateful I am for being involved with the club. Being a member for two years has created a deeper understanding about maintaining a great location where life thrives upon. Not only did my peers learn about plant life, but the importance of taking care of nature in itself. Senior year was a very crucial period in my high school life, and therefore, I wasn't able to be as dedicated as I felt I should have been. Believe me, finding the right college is harder than what one may think! Fortunately, I was able to publish my first newsletter and I had a great time setting it up. I wish to thank Mr. Thoman for being a wonderful AP History teacher, as well as an excellent coordinator of the environmental club. In addition, I would like to thank those who were involved in making the garden into what it is today. I do look forward to visiting the garden and meeting the new Secretary. Good luck to all the graduating seniors from the environmental club and for new members, welcome!
